This is built for three kinds of people

Your installer is gone

You own a system nobody will service

Florida has lost a lot of solar companies. If yours closed, your paperwork went with it, your monitoring login probably stopped working, and the warranty card in the kitchen drawer has a disconnected number on it. We have rescued more than a thousand of these. Open an account and we will help you work out what you have, what is still covered, and what it would take to get it running properly again.

You are weighing it up

You are considering solar, or bought a house with it

You do not have to buy anything to use this. Register the system that came with the house and find out how old it is, who made it, whether it is still under warranty, and whether it is producing what it should. If you are shopping, keep quotes and equipment details side by side instead of in a pile of PDFs. No sales call unless you ask for one.

You are already a customer

You have used AllSolar before

Your history is already here, going back years. See when we last came out, what we found, which technician is on the way today, and what your equipment is without calling the office to ask. If you have more than one property, they all sit under one login.

What you get, free

  • Know when someone is coming Your appointment, the arrival window, and who is on the way. No more waiting in all afternoon wondering.
  • Your full service history Every visit, what was found, and what was done. Including work from years ago that nobody can remember the details of.
  • Your equipment on record Panels, inverter, battery, water heater, pool system. Models and serial numbers, so you are not up a ladder with a phone torch when something fails.
  • Warranties and documents you can find Kept somewhere sensible instead of a drawer. Useful when you sell the house, and useful when you are making an insurance claim after a storm.
  • Storm readiness What to do before one arrives and what to check afterwards, specific to the equipment you actually own.
  • Request service without repeating yourself We already know your address, your system and your history, so a service request takes a minute rather than a phone call.

How it works

  1. Enter your email We send you a link. There is no password to invent or forget.
  2. Tell us your address If we have worked on your home before, we connect your records once we have confirmed it is really you. If we have not, you start a fresh record.
  3. Add what you know Panel brand, inverter, install year, a photo of the label on the box. Skip anything you do not know. Most people do not know most of it, and that is exactly the problem this solves.
We will not use this to sell at you. A free account is a free account. If something on your system genuinely needs attention we will say so, and you can ignore us.

Reasonable questions

Another company installed my system. Can I still use this?
Yes, and a lot of people here are in exactly that position. We service systems regardless of who put them on the roof.
Is it really free?
Yes. Registering your property, storing your equipment details and warranties, and seeing your history costs nothing. You pay for service work if and when you have some done.
What if I do not know what equipment I have?
Normal. Most people do not. Put in what you know, skip the rest, and add to it later. If we come out, we fill in the gaps for you.
Will this sign me up for marketing?
No. You get messages about your appointments, your service and your account. Anything promotional is opt in, and you can turn it off without losing the service messages.
Who can see my information?
You, anyone you authorise for your property, and AllSolar staff who need it to do the work. Your records are not public and are not indexed by search engines.
I am selling my house. Is this useful?
Very. Buyers and their inspectors ask what the system is, how old it is and what is under warranty. Having that in one place, with the service history behind it, answers all of it.
