Reasonable questions

Another company installed my system. Can I still use this?
Yes, and you have a lot of company. Florida has lost a remarkable number of solar companies. We service systems regardless of who put them up there, including outfits that no longer answer the phone.
Is it really free?
Yes. Keeping your own records about your own roof should not cost money. You pay us when you actually want something fixed.
What if I do not know what equipment I have?
Completely normal, and honestly a bit of an indictment of our industry. Put in what you know, skip the rest, guess at nothing. If we come out, we fill in the blanks for you.
Will this sign me up for marketing?
No. You will hear from us about your appointments, your service and your account. Anything else is opt in, and turning it off will not stop us telling you a technician is on the way.
Who can see my information?
You, anyone you authorise for your property, and AllSolar staff who need it to do the work. Your records are not public and are not indexed by search engines.
I am selling my house. Is this useful?
Very. Buyers and inspectors will ask what the system is, how old it is and what is still covered. "There are definitely panels up there" is not the answer that closes the sale.
